ABOUT
Bill was the International Directors of World Outreach for 15 years, and is the present Honorary President of World Outreach.
They have two adult children, David and Ruth.
They attended Bible school 1957-1959, and joined World Outreach in 1958.
They later left for Japan in 1962 |
