Mike and Janet have been involved in church life for over 30 years. For 16 years they administered and computerised a Christian Conference. Janet has worked as a nurse and midwife and looks after the family. As well as the UK office, Mike runs the UK website http://www.wouk.org

BACKGROUND
Mike Cross was introduced to World Outreach in 1991 through Keith and Christine Kelly. In 1993, Mike and Janet sold up, and with their two boys moved to Malawi in Central Africa working as missionaries with World Outreach.

Mike became involved in Bible teaching, travelling out to rural areas in the south of the country, to provide systematic and structured teaching to pastors in very isolated situations, in association with All Africa Bible College based near Durban.

Two years later, as clearly as God had shown them to go, God showed them to return to the UK.

Subsequently Mike was invited to become a trustee of World Outreach UK, later taking over the responsibilities of the office when David Greening retired in 2003, moving the office to Reading.
