The Kairos Courses (formerly Condensed World Mission Course - CWMC) which is run by World Outreach centres around the world gives a concise look at the four essential areas of mission.

- Historical
- Strategic
- Cultural
It uses materials currently in use in many of the leading missions training centers of the world, including the US Center for World Mission.
Developed in the Philippines in 1994 by Living Springs International, the Kairos Course (formerly CWMC), has seen over 6000 attend this unique course. Today there are nearly 100 Course Directors (representing over 45 different denominations and organizations) conducting this course throughout the Philippines.
Several Filipino Christian leaders have commented that the Condensed World Mission Course has been the single greatest factor in mobilizing the Filipino Church into mission.
Christian leaders from many countries have also attended the course in the Philippines. As a result the Kairos Courses is now being conducted in over 20 nations including countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.
The course has also been translated into several languages and additional translation projects are underway.
A recent revision has updated the materials to include the latest statistics and trends in mission. It is ideally suited to educate, motivate and mobilize this generation of Christians and churches into effective mission involvement. Supplementing the Condensed World Mission Book is, a Study Guide, teaching and motivational videos, and a prayer booklet. Several related group activities are also included to further enhance the course.
